Shipping policy

Orders over $59, after discounts and before taxes, are eligible for free Standard shipping. This option will be provided at the checkout.

We ship within Canada only. Orders are discreet and shipped in plain packaging. Processing time is typically 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed, and may be longer for rural/remote locations or during holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is placed, a notice when the order has begun processing, and a tracking number once your order has shipped. These emails are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once received by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
