Where do you ship to?
We ship within Canada and USA only. Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes.

How much does it cost?
Orders over $59, after discounts and before taxes, are eligible for free shipping. Standard flat rate shipping starts at $9.95 and varies based on location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer.

What happens after my order is placed?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you have not received this email. You will receive a notice when your order has begun processing, and a tracking number once your order has shipped. You will receive your order in a discreet plain box or bubble mailer with a PO box return address.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1 business day. Multiple shipping options are available at checkout with listed delivery estimates. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, and may be longer for rural/remote areas or during peak holiday seasons. Standard shipping averages 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment up until the time they begin processing. Refunds using Interac e-Transfer are subject to a $1.50 fee.

Do you offer returns?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Product information is provided by the manufacturers and our distributors. Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to ordering.

What if my product is defective?
Many manufacturers offer warranties on their products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. We may be able to assist with a claim, such as reissuing proof of purchase, but we cannot submit a warranty claim on your behalf.

At your request, items may be removed from their packaging and inspected, and electronic items tested prior to shipping. To request a product be tested, leave a comment under "Order special instructions" in the cart. This will add 1 day to order processing time.

What are clearance items?
Items on clearance are nearing Best Before dates or have packaging that was damaged in transit when we received it from our distributors. The reason for clearance is noted in the item description. Clearance items are add-on items and cannot be the sole item in an order.

What if I do not receive my order?
If your order tracking says Delivered but is not at your door, look for a delivery card with more information. The package may be available for pickup at the carrier depot, or Canada Post may have delivered to the parcel locker of your community mailbox. Once received by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for questions regarding delivery. 

How do you use my personal information?
During the checkout process, we collect your email address, name, shipping address, billing address, and phone number. This information is only shared as applicable and as required with the payment processor and shipping carrier. We will never sell your information or share it for purposes other than order  processing and fulfillment. We only contact customers via email. 

You may choose to opt-in to a newsletter or special offers from us. You will be sent an email to confirm your subscription, and you may unsubscribe at any time. If you leave partway through the checkout process, you may receive a cart reminder at the email address provided. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact us.

Is my payment information secure?
Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure that any data entered is not intercepted by a third party. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, the highest security standard to protect online payment information. We do not store payment information, such as credit card numbers and passwords - these are sent to the payment processor only.
